This allows for greater flexibility, comfort, and accessibility—whether you're at home, at work, or on the go. Telehealth sessions are HIPAA-compliant and just as effective as in-person support.

  • During the first session, you can expect a calm, respectful space where you’re free to show up just as you are. We’ll gently explore what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what kind of support feels safest and most nourishing for you. There’s no rush—this first session is about connection, comfort, and beginning to understand your needs at a pace that honors your sensitivity.

  • You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit from support. If you’ve been told you're “too sensitive,” think deeply, notice subtle details, or feel out of place in fast-paced or superficial environments, we can explore these traits together.

  • Counseling/Psychotherapy focus on emotional healing, mental health, and personal insight.
